What's the point?

I have 10 followers and no one comments on my posts anymore. Am I really that boring? What do I need to change to make my blog more interesting and relevant?

After 10 years of blogging, I have just over 50 followers, and they never comment on my posts, either.

That's disappointing, though I suppose it's good to know I'm not alone! The first blog I wrote had a readership of one, so I guess 10 followers now is a big achievement for me. :)

I don't mind too much, since I mostly just blog for my own fun, but it is way more fun when people interact or at least let you know they are reading!

I enjoy reading everything that you have written! Your latest dental misery had me grasping the floor with my toes. My dental horrors as well as a C-section, has me absorbing anesthesia abnormally fast or not at all, i.e. having a tooth pulled after the anesthesia wore off and the abdominal incision before the anesthesia kicked in! Ow. I enjoy being one of your ten followers.

That sounds absolutely horrible. Anesthesia-related problems must run in the family, as you are familiar with my 20-beats-per-minute-heart-rate-why-is-it-so-cold-in-here incidents...... even with that, I think I want to be rendered unconscious for all subsequent procedures of any nature.
