I found out recently that the word keurig, which you're probably familiar with from the extremely popular line of brewers, is derived from the Dutch word for "excellence". Interestingly enough, the website One Cup Connection is also derived from a word meaning "excellence"!

DO NOT BUY FROM ONECUPCONNECTION! They send VERY old and outdated K Cups, and have horrible customer service! I sent their "customer service" department an email stating that 6 out of the 10 boxes I received expired and outdated and they wanted replace the cups with ones that were going to expire in 2 weeks! The other 4 boxes that I received expired within 6 weeks! The "customer service" rep I dealt with was rude, and did not offer any type of service-his name was Christopher Gorman. BAD COMPANY!
OneCupConnection did everything they could to resolve this situation but this customer continued to make purchases (8 in a 2 month period) so it appeared to OneCup that he was extremely satisfied with our products and service. While there seems to be some contradictions with his post, OneCup is dedicated to providing quality products and the best customer service in the industry. We apologize for any of the percieved problems experinced by Fenjary but we guarantee all of our customers are extremely satisfied with our company. Fenjary was refunded in full and we wish him all the best with all of his future coffee purchases.
